GP Series
The GP Series (Gasketed Plate) is an instantaneous DHW generator consisting of Gasketed plate heat exchanger, primary pump, control valve and intelligent control system all mounted on an epoxy coated chassis. Over 250 model combinations designed to give constant flow rates from 0.24 to 5.36 l/s DHW.
Applications include Schools, Hospitals, Leisure centres, hotels, sports stadiums, motorway services stations and nursing homes – anywhere why an uninterrupted DHW supply is imperative. Traditionally fed from a gas fired LTHW heat source but can also be linked up to steam generators, CHP, biomass and air/water source heat pumps.
Virdis BB Series
Virdis ‘BB Series’ (Brazed, Buffer) is a ‘semi-instantaneous’ system comprising of a Brazed PHE with Buffer Vessel Storage. Multiple combinations are available - 33kW to 231kW brazed PHE coupled with Insulated Stainless Steel Buffer Vessels from 300 litres to 1000 litres dependant on the Peak Demand required.
Our BB series is perfect where there is a notable ‘peak demand’ time requirement for DHW that is significantly higher than the rest of the day. Like the GP Series, these are traditionally connected to a gas fired LTHW heat source but can also be linked up to ‘green’ sources of energy.
